Office Hours
We are open Monday - Thursday from 8am to 5pm, and Friday from 8am to 4pm. We are closed for lunch from 12-1pm on Monday - Thursday and 12-12:30pm on Friday.
Insurance
We accept most forms of insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United, and Aetna.
Payment
For those paying directly, we accept cash, checks, and VISA/Mastercard. There is a $20 fee for returned checks.

To schedule an appointment, please call 1-910-864-7933. If you need to cancel an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice.
